Barbell half squat to build buttocks

With your feet shoulder-width apart, squat down until your thighs (as much as possible) are parallel to the ground.

Note that the knee joint points in the direction of the toes (the direction of the second and third toes) and cannot exceed the toes.

Do 3~4 groups every other day, 15 times each.
