Basic calf exercise—mechanical standing heel raise—

Note: Keep your knees straight. Hold for 4-5 seconds when the calf is fully contracted.

Action description: Face inward, step on the pedal with the soles of your front feet, place your shoulders against the shoulder rests, and hold the handrails in front of your shoulders. Lift your heels up as far as possible, then slowly lower them to the lowest level.
