How to increase the number of push-ups?
You can take simple step training.
If you do 20 push-ups in 25 seconds (first set), then you rest for 25 seconds and then start the second set of push-ups.
In the second set, you do 12 reps in 16 seconds, then you rest for 16 seconds and then start the third set.
And so on. Follow this method twice a week and you'll quickly increase the number of push-ups you can do.
