[Bomber Dive] mainly exercises the chest muscles and waist core muscles. Start by supporting your body weight on all fours, facing downward and lifting your buttocks high. Then lower your body into a push-up position, then arch your back and push your body back to the initial position. There are 4 steps in total. Repeat this for 10 cycles every day.
